Chiara Moroni graduated with honors in February 2008 at the Faculty of law at the University of Turin. She worked for two years as lawyer trainee at the Studio Legale Catalano Penalisti Associati and as a result she passed the Bar examination obtaining the licence to practice law. She is enrolled in the Turin Bar Association Register since 10.18.2011.
She collaborates with the legal firm about cases relating to criminal law and she is specialized in appeals against administrative penalties (in particular opposition to verbal contestation of the Highway Code violations).
She graduated with honors in February 2008 at the Faculty of law at the University of Turin with a thesis in criminal procedural law entitled "Limitation of offence: procedural profiles" with the Professor Paolo Ferrua. During the last year of University attended a 40 hours training course on criminal procedure by participating as a public criminal hearings at the Court of Turin (single judge and collegiate), by attending the teacher's lectures and writing reports about the hearings.
After the graduation she worked for two years as lawyer trainee at the Studio Catalano Penalisti Associati, where she spent her activities addressing issues and dealing with legal issues in the field of criminal law.
After the bar examination in session 2010/2011, she achieved the licence to practice law (inscription in the register on October 18, 2011).
From March 2012 shall be entered in the list of "Difensori di ufficio" in turn arrested and "free" for criminal proceedings before the ordinary court.
Currently she continues to collaborate with the Studio Catalano Penalisti Associati, within which, in addition to dealing with cases relating to criminal law in general, she's specialized in appeals against administrative penalties, with particular reference to the drafting of acts of opposition to verbal contestation of Highway Code.
